On 17 May 2009 was held on June General Meeting of the Scientific Society of Real Estate. During the meeting the Board granted a discharge under the direction of the President of TNN prof. PhD. Eng. On 11 December 2006, a seminar devoted to the problems of our Society "and similar property adjacent markets."

The seminar participants visited his friend Geodesy and Cartography Warsaw University of Technology in Warsaw.

Seminar led by Prof. Mrs.. PhD. Eng. Sabina Źróbek, prof. zw. President of the Society. Introduction to the discussion made the Dr. Eng. Radoslaw Cellmer, who presented the question of "similar and neighboring markets" and the Dr. Eng. John Kuryj, who presented the question of "similar property". The discussion took an active part: prof. Richard Źróbek, prof. Sabina Źróbek, prof. Zdzislaw Matsui, prof. Ewa Kucharska-Stasiak, prof. Anthony Sobczak, Ph.D.. John Kuryj, Ph.D.. Radoslaw Wisniewski, Dr. Sebastian Kokot, Ph.D.. Anna Barańska, Dr. Eng. Peter Ligas, Ph.D.. Marek Kulczycki, PhD. Tadeusz Koska. In the seminar participated 23 people.

7-10 June 2006, held on 13th annual conference of the European Real Estate Society (ERES) in Weimar. The main objective of the conference was the presentation and comparison of scientific achievements within the field of real estate investing, both involving, planning, management and forecasting property values, the international forum and exchange of experiences.

Over the next 4 days were numerous (about 230) presentations of papers, accompanied by social events, which attracted about 400 scientists from around the world.

Poland was represented by fairly large numbers Lodz (Lodz University), Krakow (University of Economics) and Olsztyn (Olsztyn University) research centers.

ERES next conference is planned for 27-30 June 2007 and held in London.
